Overview
DEIF's Multi-line 300 platform includes the PPU 300 paralleling and protection unit and the GPU 300 generator protection unit, positioned by DEIF for marine and offshore power systems. The PPU 300 provides built-in load sharing and synchronisation, with up to 32 controllers on the DEIF network; the GPU 300 provides generator and busbar protection with a synchronisation check. DEIF lists both as not recommended for new designs and names the iE 250 family as the successor.
