Schneider Electric TeSys D contactors

Overview

TeSys D (LC1D) is Schneider Electric's main range of contactors, now filed under TeSys Deca. The reference gives the rating and the coil: LC1D40M7 is 40 A in AC-3 with a 220 V AC coil, and the last two characters are the coil code, so a replacement has to match both. Schneider's pages give built-in 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contacts and screw clamp terminals on the standard versions. Some older references, such as the LC1D40M7, are discontinued, and Schneider names an LC1D...A reference in their place. TimControls quotes LC1D contactors against the reference and coil marking on the unit.
