ACS800 drives: plan before 2030.
ABB moved its ACS800 single drives to the Classic phase in July 2017. Frames R7 and R8 move to ABB's Limited phase on 1 January 2030, and spare drive modules for the ACS800-04 are available until the second half of 2028. If your plant runs ACS800 drives, now is the time to secure spares or plan the upgrade.
Keep it running. We source ACS800 drives and drive modules, with the full type code and plus codes matched.
Plan the move.ABB recommends moving to its current generation of drives. Check the motor data, options and control wiring before you change.

Same drive. Different plus codes.
Plus codes such as +K454 change what the drive does. We match the full code, not just the base type.
