Omron Omron CP1H and CP1L Compact PLCs
Omron CP1 compact PLCs: the CP1H with 40 built-in I/O and the CP1L in 10 to 60 I/O sizes, with Ethernet on the CP1L-EL and EM models.
Overview
CP1 controllers combine the CPU, I/O and power supply in one unit, and the model code gives the I/O count, output type and supply: DR for relay outputs, DT and DT1 for NPN and PNP transistor outputs, -A for an AC supply and -D for 24 V DC. Omron gives the CP1H 20K steps of program and up to 7 expansion units, and the CP1L 5K or 10K steps depending on size. XA versions of the CP1H have analogue I/O built in. TIMC checks the I/O, output type and supply in Omron's table against the model code before publishing, and quotes these PLCs against the full model number on the label.
