Omron Omron CP2E Compact PLCs (Essential, Standard, Network)
Omron CP2E compact PLCs in three types: E (Essential), S (Standard) and N (Network), from 14 to 60 built-in I/O.
Overview
The CP2E models differ by type and size: the Essential (E) type has 4K steps of program and serial and USB ports, the Standard (S) type 8K steps, and the Network (N) type 10K steps with Ethernet, according to Omron's model descriptions. The model code gives the I/O count, output type and supply, as on the CP1. Where Omron's specification table gives a different program size from its own description, TIMC publishes the description's figure. TIMC quotes these PLCs against the full model number on the label.
