The CompactLogix 5370 controllers listed here (technical data 1769-TD005) have from 1 MB to 5 MB of user memory, EtherNet/IP built in and integrated motion on EtherNet/IP, with more local 1769 Compact I/O modules, EtherNet/IP nodes and motion axes on the larger models. The Compact GuardLogix 5370 versions (catalog numbers ending ERMS) add 0.5 MB to 1.5 MB of safety memory. The 1768 CompactLogix L43 and L45, now discontinued, have 2 MB and 3 MB of memory, and their Compact GuardLogix versions (L43S, L45S) add 0.5 MB and 1 MB of safety memory.
