Danfoss VLT 5000 Frequency Converters
Danfoss VLT 5000: general-purpose frequency converters for 200-240 V, 380-500 V, 525-600 V and 525-690 V supplies. Danfoss has discontinued the series.
Overview
The VLT 5000 was Danfoss's general-purpose drive series, in Bookstyle and Compact units for supplies of 200-240 V, 380-500 V, 525-600 V and 525-690 V. The larger types carry separate ratings for normal overload (110 %) and high overload (160 %). Danfoss's product page states the VLT 5000 has reached the Inactive phase of its lifecycle, meaning it is discontinued and no longer in production, and names iC7-Automation as its successor.
