Overview
The Modicon M221 controllers are small PLCs with their I/O built in, and the reference gives the format and I/O: C for compact and M for book format, E for an Ethernet port, the I/O count, and R, T or U for relay, PNP transistor or NPN transistor outputs (G marks spring terminals). Schneider's product pages give up to 7 local expansion modules for more I/O. TIMC quotes them against the reference and product version on the label.
