Danfoss VLT 2800: compact frequency converters from 0.37 to 18.5 kW for 200-240 V and 380-480 V supplies. Danfoss has discontinued the series.
Overview
The VLT 2800 is a compact Danfoss drive series: types 2803 to 2840 for 1 x 220-240 V or 3 x 200-240 V, and 2805 to 2882 for 3 x 380-480 V, from 0.37 to 18.5 kW. Each type is sold in twelve versions with their own 195N… ordering numbers: standard unit or with integral brake, with or without RFI filter, and with or without a Profibus DP or DeviceNet fieldbus. Danfoss's product page states the VLT 2800 has reached the Inactive phase of its lifecycle, meaning it is discontinued and no longer in production, and names the VLT Midi Drive FC 280 as its successor.
