Overview
Siemens names the S7-1500 with ET 200MP I/O as the functional replacement for the S7-300, discontinued in October 2025. Its CPUs are programmed in TIA Portal and have integrated PROFINET, and its I/O modules take 40-pole front connectors (35 mm modules) for the field wiring.
