About the Allen-Bradley 1756-L65

The Allen-Bradley 1756-L65 is the ControlLogix 32 MB Memory Controller from the ControlLogix 5560 family, and Rockwell Automation lists its lifecycle status as Discontinued. According to Rockwell's publication 1756-UM001, it has 32 MB of memory for data and logic, 478 KB of I/O memory and supports a maximum of 250 controller connections. The same publication gives one RS-232 serial port and six status indicators. The minimum programming software for the Series B controller is RSLogix 5000 version 17.01.02 or later.
