The Siemens 6ES7153-4AA01-0XB0 is the PROFINET version of the ET 200M interface module: where the IM 153-1 and IM 153-2 connect an ET 200M station to PROFIBUS DP, the IM 153-4 PN connects it to PROFINET IO. Siemens's data sheet gives up to 12 S7-300 modules, 192 bytes each of inputs and outputs, media redundancy (MRP), a 24 V DC supply (20.4 to 28.8 V) and up to 1.5 A for the backplane bus. SiePortal shows its product cancellation on 1 October 2024, a year before most of the S7-300 range, and siemens's data sheet marks it as a spare part.
