About the DEIF AGC-2

The DEIF AGC-2 is an automatic gen-set controller from the first generation of DEIF's Multi-line 2 range. It combines three-phase measuring, generator protection and engine control for one generator set, with a separate display that can be mounted on the unit or in the switchboard door. It covers automatic mains failure, island operation, fixed power, peak shaving, load takeover and mains export, with optional load sharing and power management.

What is the AGC-2 used for?

The AGC-2 starts, stops, synchronises and protects a generator set, on its own or as part of a DEIF power management system. Replacing it like for like keeps the existing wiring and configuration; DEIF names the AGC-4 Mk II as the current controller.
